Cancelling your subscription
- Sign in and open My Prime Virtual DJ.
- Under Manage subscription, click Cancel and confirm.
- Your subscription will not renew. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; the account shows the date.
Cancelling does not delete your account. The desktop apps keep your music library on your computer.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)
You may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, unless you agreed at checkout that the service starts immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has started. To withdraw, contact us within the 14 days.
Refunds
- Monthly payments already made for a period that has started are not refunded when you cancel, unless the law requires it.
- If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side that we could not fix, contact us and we will refund the affected amount.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. A fully refunded subscription’s licence is revoked and its devices stop working at their next licence check.
